At GetClear, we strive to deliver high-quality financial analytics software and services. However, due to the nature of our digital products, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Because our Services provide immediate access to digital tools, analytics features, and integrations, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Add-ons and premium features
- Usage-based or metered billing
- Seat or user upgrades
You are responsible for reviewing the features, pricing, and terms before subscribing.
2. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- You may use the Services without charge during the trial period.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged.
- We do not provide refunds for charges incurred after a free trial ends.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are not eligible for refunds, including for:
- Partial months
- Unused time
- Downgrades made after a billing cycle starts
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans provide discounted pricing and therefore are not eligible for prorated or full refunds once payment is processed.
You may cancel at any time, but the subscription will remain active through the end of the paid term.
5. Exceptions
In limited circumstances, we may consider a refund request if:
- A billing error occurred on our part
- You were mistakenly charged for a service you did not receive
- Duplicate charges were applied
- There was a verified technical issue that prevented any meaningful use of the Services
These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
- You will not be charged again
- You will retain access until your paid period expires
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining term except as noted in Section 5
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, you must contact us to resolve any billing concerns.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Permanent denial of access to our Services
- Transfer of outstanding balances to collections
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that violate this Refund Policy.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
